SoccerPlus Privacy Goals:
SoccerPlus seeks to maintain your trust and customer loyalty through of policies and actions as related to your privacy.

You have the right to know what information we have collected on you, as well as what that information will be used for, to whom it is disclosed and what we do to protect it. This policy is available on our websites and a written copy can be requested by contacting us via fax or US Postal Service.

The information we collect about you may come from a variety of sources:

• Information about your transactions (including but not limited to: applications, registrations, orders, requests and correspondences),

Our Affiliates:
The SoccerPlus Family of companies will share personal information amongst each other.

Partner Organizations:
SoccerPlus has developed strong relationships both within and outside of the soccer industry, at times, SoccerPlus will provide some personal information to our partner organizations in order to continue to provide the SoccerPlus consumer base special and unique opportunities.

Third-Party Organizations:
SoccerPlus may from time to time send out mailings (e-mail or mail) on behalf of third party organizations. SoccerPlus will not give your information to any third party organizations.

Part III. Your Options

As of November 21, 2007, the option to be included in our mailings is an “all or none” policy. If you request to be removed from one mailing list you will be removed from all SoccerPlus mailings.
